1.Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)

  • Customized or made-to-order deliveries

  • Opened or used items (unless faulty)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team at support@pirzadadelivery.com within 48 hours.
  • Provide order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
  • We’ll schedule a pickup or advise you on how to return the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Approve or reject the return

  • If approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery charges may not be refundable in some cases.
