1.Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
The item was damaged during delivery
You received the wrong product
The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
Customized or made-to-order deliveries
Opened or used items (unless faulty)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@pirzadadelivery.com within 48 hours.
- Provide order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).
- We’ll schedule a pickup or advise you on how to return the item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
Approve or reject the return
If approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery charges may not be refundable in some cases.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

6. Exchange Policy
We offer replacements only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact our support to request an exchange.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once a delivery is en route, it cannot be cancelled.
